Shopping Bag

All the items you add to your shopping bag will appear when you click on Shopping Bag found on the top of the web page.

To remove items you no longer want just click on Remove Item and that item will disappear from your shopping bag.

You may also change the quantity of items requested then hit Update and it will update your shopping bag to the new requested quantity.


Once you proceed to checkout, you will need to create an account for our website.

To create your account please use a valid email address and enter the information carefully and correctly. Once this email address account is created it cannot be changed and you would need to create a new account for each new email address.

Once this process is complete you will proceed to Billing Options, select your shipping method and continue to confirm your order.

An email will be sent to the email address created for the account with a confirmation of that order within 24 hrs of confirming your order.

Product Availability

All of our products are subject to availability.

Our online inventory is updated daily at 11am EST and occasionally items will appear online as available but may be out of stock or on backorder due to low quantity.

If a product is cancelled, this item will be refunded back to the original payment method when the cancellation occurs.

When items are backordered or sold out we will contact the customer via email to inform them of our product status so they may substitute a replacement item for something out of stock or cancel their backorder if they prefer to not wait for an item.

Backorders will be cancelled after 30 days automatically.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel or change an order you've just placed please call Customer Service at 1.800.4mom2be (1-800-466-6223) as soon as possible.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled that have already been shipped or are already in transit and they would need to be returned or exchanged back to us.

Once an order has been cancelled it will be refunded back to the original creditcard utilized.

Shipping Addresses

When shipping to another address or shipping to a business, please include the Business name, floor and suite # to ensure your package is delivered on time and accurately.

At this time we can only ship to one address at checkout. If you are shopping for multiple people at different addresses, you will need to place those orders separately.

Any errors with your shipping address may cause a delay with your shipment or could cause your package to be lost in transit or misrouted.


Beginning 4/25/2013, all payment processing occurs through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order. You may use your credit card or debit card as usual, but you will enter your payment information on the Paypal site rather than on MotherhoodCanada.ca. Orders will not be charged until they are shipped out. PayPal will obtain an authorization for the funds when placing the order online, however those funds will only be deducted once the items are shipped out. If an order is cancelled or partially cancelled, then those funds will be released by PayPal and not charged.

For orders placed prior to 4/25, the entire order amount was charged to your credit card or debit card at the time you placed your order. Any cancellations or partial cancellations would result in a refund to your card.

Quantity Limits

Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale, and purchases are limited to 10 of each style, per customer.

We do not offer bulk purchasing, franchising or wholesaling at this time.

Tax Policy

Tax exempt purchases

If you are making a purchase for a tax-exempt organization or an individual who is tax exempt, please call Customer Service at 1-800-291-7800 for assistance. You will be required to fax over all tax exempt documentation to our Customer Service department before an order can be placed.

Online Pricing

All pricing online typically reflects the prices at all of our stores. Some styles are flagged as Internet styles and may be subject to a special Internet price not offered at store locations. All prices online are listed in US Dollars except for our Canadian Motherhood website which is priced in CAD Dollars.

Gift Orders

At this time we do not offer a gift receipt with our shipments. If you are returning a gift you received you will need to mail the return back with the invoice you received from the web order.

Returns are processed normally and a refund or will be issued to the original payment method used on the order.
