Internet & Phone Order Return Policy:

A full merchandise refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise within 30 business days from the order date. All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original ticketing & tags attached. Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear may be returned when unworn and in original packing OR with original ticketing.

  • We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
  • We apologize but our Store Locations DO NOT ACCEPT Motherhood Canada Internet & Phone Order returns
  • All Internet & Phone Order returns must be mailed back to address below.
  • All In-Store purchases must be returned to our store locations.
  • All Internet returns will receive a refund issued back to the original form of payment used.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.

Mailing your Internet Return:

  • Please complete your Return Form in its entirety and detach the bottom portion of the form and place this on the outside of your return envelope or box.
  • Send your return back to us in a sturdy envelope or box.
  • Make sure you include your Return form with your return and mail the return to the following address via Canada post:

  • Be sure to get a tracking number for your return in the event the package is lost in transit or misdirected.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
  • Packages returned to this address can go by any courier service.

In Store Purchase Return Policy

  • Merchandise purchased in our stores, which is unworn, unopened, and undamaged with the original receipt and tags attached may be exchanged for merchandise or a store credit, or returned to the store location for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • ‘Special Occasion’ and ‘As Is’ tagged merchandise is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used, or by store credit or corporate mail check. The refund type will depend on the original payment method used.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to do an exchange order on the items being returned, you will need to CALL Customer Service at 1-800-466-6223 to handle this request for you.
  • Exchanges cannot be processed via the mail and all exchange requests need to be handled via Customer Service.
  • When contacting Customer Service provide them with your original order # being returned and the items you are returning. They will then place an exchange order for you and waive the shipping fee.
  • All exchanges orders will be shipped the following business day upon availability via UPS.
