RETURN POLICY
Internet & Phone Order Return Policy:
A full merchandise refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise within 45 business days from the order delivery date. All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original ticketing & tags attached. Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear may be returned when unworn and in original packing OR with original ticketing.
- We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
- We apologize but our Store Locations DO NOT ACCEPT Internet or phone order returns or exchanges.
- All Internet returns must be mailed back to our office location in Canada.
- All Store purchases must be returned to our store locations.
- All Internet returns will receive a refund issued back to the original form of payment used.
- It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
Mailing your Internet Return:
- Please complete your Return Form in its entirety and detach the bottom portion of the form and place this on the outside of your return envelope or box.
- Send your return back to us in a sturdy envelope or box.
- Make sure you include your Return form with your return and mail the return to the following address via Canada post:

- Be sure to get a tracking number for your return in the event the package is lost in transit or misdirected.
- It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
- Packages returned to this address can go by any courier service.

Exchange Policy:
- If you wish to do an exchange on the items being returned, you will need to CALL Customer Service at 1-800-466-6223 to handle this request for you.
- Exchanges cannot be processed via the mail and all exchange requests need to be handled via the phone.
- When contacting Customer Service provide them with your original order # being returned and the items you are returning. They will place an exchange order for you and waive the shipping fee.
- All exchanges orders will be shipped the following business day upon availability via Purolator.
