Merchandise on this Web site could be offered at the same or lower "Sale" prices during future promotional events beginning on or after the last day of an advertised event.

We make every effort to provide accurate product and pricing information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Price Adjustments

If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:

Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid. This is a one-time adjustment.

You have the original, dated sales receipt.

The item was not and is not a Clearance markdown, AS-IS or Special Occasion.

Any promo codes applied to your original purchase must still be valid in order to apply them to the new sale price. We cannot process a price adjustment for a promotion code that was not valid when an online order was placed.

If you bought the item online and you think you're eligible for a price adjustment, call Customer Service toll-free at (855) 564-5705.If you bought the item at a store near you please visit the location with your receipt.

A credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your account. Credit time frames can vary based on bank processing times. For additional information, please contact your bank. 

All prices online are listed using U.S. currency (USD), except for our Canadian Motherhood Maternity® website, which is priced using Canadian dollars (CAD).

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or change an order, please call Customer Service at 1-800-4MOMTOBE (1-800-466-6223) as soon as possible. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been confirmed or shipped. Any changes after this point, must be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

At this time, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (AMEX)
  • A Pea in the Pod®, Destination Maternity®, Mimi Maternity, and Motherhood Maternity® Gift Cards
  • Paypal

Customers who wish to use paper gift certificates or credit slips towards a purchase must call Customer Service at 1-800-466-6223 for assistance.

We do not accept check, cash, or Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) payments.

PayPal Purchases

Orders purchased using PayPal will not be charged until they are shipped. PayPal requires funds to be authorized before placing an order online, and are deducted upon shipment. When a PayPal order is cancelled or partially cancelled, the funds will be released by Pay Pal and the customer is not charged.

Sales Tax Policies

Sales tax is determined by your order's shipping address taxing jurisdiction.

Tax rates are calculated at the unit level, as some states offer tax exemptions and exceptions for certain apparel items.

Sales tax may be applied to the shipping fees associated to the taxable items in your order.

If an item is returned for a refund, you will receive a refund on the taxes paid for the item. Taxes paid on the shipping fees for the item will not be refunded, as the service was used in the shipping of your order.

Tax-Exempt Purchases

To make a tax-exempt purchase for an organization or individual, contact Customer Service at 1-800-291-7800 by telephone for assistance. Before an order can be placed, you will need to fax all documents pertaining to your tax-exempt status.

Receiving Your Order

Please examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

In the event that there are missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact Customer Service online within 3 days receipt of your order.
