U.S. Shipping

US Shipping Methods & Processing Times 

Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. We ask for 2 business days to process shipments with our Free & Economy Shipping Options. Orders placed with expedited or rush shipping should be processed in 1 business day.

Due to the large influx of orders and shipments moving through the postal system, we have seen some shipment processing delays and shipping delays. We truly appreciate your patience!

Address & Ship Methods Updates

Once an order has been imported to our warehouse system, we are unable to update the ship method or shipping address. If you need to change your order or shipping address, please reach out to us at help@motherhood.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change can be completed, but we will do our best to help.

How Can I Track My Order?

Simply visit theMy Account page to view all of your current and past orders. You will find your tracking number and be able to check the status of your order.

Can I Ship My Order To A Hotel?

We will ship orders to valid addresses, including hotels. Please confirm that the hotel will accept delivery and can forward to you. If the order is received after your departure you will need to pay for forwarding postage. We cannot make changes to delivery addresses after the order has shipped.

Marketplace Product 

 

If your order does not meet the Free Shipping Threshold of $99, and your order contains items that are shipped from our warehouse and a Marketplace partner, you will be charged a duplicate shipping fee as your order is shipping from two separate locations. 

 

Pre-Order Items

 

All items noted as “Pre Order” will ship on the expected ship date noted on the product page. We will send through a separate shipping confirmation once this has shipped. You will not be charged for separate shipments.

 

Shipping to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses 

We offer economy shipping to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses. Delivery to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Guam and Hawaii typically occurs within 15 days. Shipping to APO and FPO addresses typically occurs within 30 days.

 

 

International Shipping 

 

Motherhood offers international shipping to over 200 countries around the world. 

International orders are shipped through Global-e International checkout. Our website should automatically select the country that you are located in. If it does not, simply update the location on a desktop browser by choosing the country flag in the top right corner of your screen, or on your mobile device at the bottom of the navigation menu.

 

Once you enter the check-out process, Global-e will calculate and display the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs. This total may also include any applicable duties and taxes imposed by Customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

Duties & Taxes 

 

Global-e will calculate the duties and taxes associated with your order and these costs will be included in the order total. You should not be asked to provide payment for duties and taxes upon delivery. 

 

International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. 

 

Once Motherhood has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Motherhood will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item(s).

 

If the payment for duties and taxes is refused upon delivery, the order will be returned to sender. Please email our customer service team at help@motherhood.com if your order is returned to sender.
